These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and QYAI TECH LIMITED (“QYAI TECH,” “LittleCam,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) governing LittleCam for iOS and Android, the LittleCam website, and related support services (collectively, the “Services”).
By downloading, opening, creating a website account for, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms and the LittleCam Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
## 1. Eligibility and adult use
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms.
LittleCam is designed for parents and adult caregivers, not for children to operate. If you use a child’s photo or profile information, you represent that you are the child’s parent, legal guardian, or otherwise have all permissions required to use that content.
## 2. Services and platform differences
LittleCam allows adults to select photos, create themed photo art and collages, use person/background segmentation, edit a composition, and save, export, or share a creation where access permits.
The mobile apps do not provide a LittleCam account or LittleCam cloud photo storage.
- **Android / Google Play:** Photos and local child-profile information are processed on the device. Android uses Google ML Kit for on-device segmentation and Google Play Billing for subscriptions.
- **iOS:** Photos and local child-profile information are processed on the device. The iOS app uses Apple’s in-app purchase system and iOS-only analytics/attribution services identified in the Privacy Policy.
- **Website:** The LittleCam website may provide account features. A website account is separate from the mobile apps and is not required to use either mobile app.
## 3. Local photos and creations
You retain your rights in photos you select and in your original additions to a creation.
For ordinary use of the mobile apps, you do not grant QYAI TECH a right to upload, host, train on, advertise with, or publicly distribute your photos or creations. Photos and editing results are processed locally on your device.
When you save or share a creation, you choose the storage location or receiving service. You are responsible for reviewing that destination’s terms, privacy practices, and backup procedures.
You are responsible for obtaining permission from the photographer and every identifiable person, or that person’s parent or legal guardian where required, before using a photo with LittleCam.
## 4. Your responsibilities
You may use the Services only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes.
You may not:
- use photos, characters, music, artwork, trademarks, or likenesses without the required rights;
- create, upload, share, or distribute unlawful, exploitative, abusive, sexual, hateful, harmful, or infringing content;
- attempt to bypass subscription controls, falsify a purchase, interfere with billing, or compromise a device, account, or service;
- reverse engineer, copy, sell, sublicense, rent, redistribute, or commercially exploit the Services except where law expressly permits it;
- remove ownership notices or imply endorsement by QYAI TECH, Apple, Google, Meta, or another third party.
## 5. LittleCam Premium
LittleCam Premium provides access to paid features, paid templates, and final export while a qualifying subscription remains active.
Some content or editing features may be available for preview or trial editing without payment. A preview does not mean that saving, exporting, sharing, or using a feature is free. The purchase screen identifies the relevant subscription and included benefits before you subscribe.
We may add, change, or remove features or catalog items for product, technical, security, legal, or rights reasons. We will not intentionally misrepresent the recurring value offered at the time of purchase.
## 6. Auto-renewing subscriptions
The exact product, price, currency, tax treatment, billing period, renewal terms, and any trial or introductory offer displayed by Apple or Google immediately before purchase control that transaction.
Prices may vary by country or region. We do not guarantee that a particular subscription, offer, feature, or price will remain available forever.
### iOS / Apple
iOS subscriptions are purchased through Apple’s in-app purchase system and charged to your Apple Account.
Any free trial or introductory offer applies only when it is expressly displayed by Apple and the LittleCam purchase screen and you are eligible. At the end of a trial or paid period, the subscription automatically renews at the displayed recurring price unless you cancel or Apple states otherwise.
Manage or cancel through **iOS Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions** or Apple’s subscription-management interface. Deleting LittleCam or local app data does not cancel an Apple subscription.
### Android / Google Play
Android subscriptions are purchased through Google Play and charged to your Google Account.
LittleCam’s Android launch plans are weekly and yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. They do not include a free trial or introductory offer unless the Google Play purchase sheet expressly displays one.
Google Play automatically renews the subscription at the displayed recurring price unless you cancel. You can manage or cancel through **LittleCam > Settings > Manage subscription** or the [Google Play Subscription Center](https://play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions).
Deleting LittleCam, clearing app storage, or deleting a local profile does not cancel a Google Play subscription.
## 7. Cancellation, refunds, and price changes
Canceling normally stops future renewal. Access generally continues until the end of the current paid period unless the applicable store or law provides otherwise.
Cancellation does not by itself create a refund for the current billing period. Apple handles Apple purchase and refund requests under Apple’s procedures. Google Play handles Google Play purchase and refund requests under Google Play’s procedures. Mandatory consumer rights, including any applicable cooling-off rights, immediate cancellation rights, or prorated refunds, are not limited by these Terms.
If a subscription price changes, Apple or Google will provide the notice, consent, or opt-out process required by its rules and applicable law. We change mobile subscription prices only through the applicable store.

## 8. Website accounts
If you create an account on the LittleCam website, you must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized use.
A website account does not create a mobile-app account and does not provide a LittleCam cloud photo library.
You may request deletion of a website account by emailing **qyairbx@gmail.com** with the subject line **“LittleCam Website Account Deletion.”**
## 9. Third-party services
The Services may use third-party services, including Apple, Google Play, Google ML Kit, Google Analytics, Facebook/Meta SDK, Kochava, Amplitude, website hosting, email providers, and operating-system photo-selection and sharing functions.
Third-party services operate under their own terms and privacy policies. Apple and Google are not parties to these Terms and do not provide LittleCam customer support.
The Privacy Policy explains which services apply to Android, iOS, and the website.
## 10. Availability, updates, and termination
We may update the Services for compatibility, security, policy, legal, or product reasons. Some changes may require an operating-system or app update.
We do not promise uninterrupted operation, perfect person/background segmentation, permanent availability of every template, or compatibility with every device.
We may suspend or terminate access to a website account or online feature where reasonably necessary for unlawful use, fraud, security, rights infringement, or material breach. You may stop using the Services at any time, but you must separately cancel any active Apple or Google Play subscription.
## 11. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”
LittleCam is a creative photo-editing tool. Person/background segmentation is probabilistic and may be incomplete or inaccurate because of lighting, pose, occlusion, image quality, or other factors. Review every creation before saving or sharing it.
LittleCam is not an identity, medical, safety, childcare, legal, or professional decision-making service.
## 12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, QYAI TECH will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss, or loss of data, profit, goodwill, or opportunity arising from the Services.
QYAI TECH’s aggregate liability relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for LittleCam during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or US$50.
These limitations do not apply where prohibited by law, including mandatory consumer rights and liability that cannot legally be excluded.
## 13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms for legal, security, service, or product reasons. We will update the date above and provide notice or obtain consent where required by law.
## 14. Applicable law and disputes
Applicable law and the courts or dispute process available to you depend on mandatory rules in your place of residence and QYAI TECH’s place of establishment.
Nothing in these Terms deprives you of non-waivable consumer protections or a forum to which you are legally entitled.
Before filing a claim, please contact us and give both sides a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue informally, unless urgent relief or applicable law permits otherwise.
