QYAI TECH LIMITED (“QYAI TECH,” “LittleCam,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides the LittleCam mobile applications for iOS and Android, the LittleCam website, and related support services (collectively, the “Services”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the Services.
## 1. Important platform differences
LittleCam’s data practices differ by platform and feature.

**LittleCam for Android / Google Play** (`com.ai.photo.art.littlecam`) | Does not provide a LittleCam account, cloud photo upload or storage, in-app advertising, Google Analytics, Facebook SDK, Kochava, or Amplitude. Photos and local child-profile information are processed on the device. The app uses Google ML Kit Selfie Segmentation, which may send limited technical diagnostics and usage data to Google as described below. Purchases are processed by Google Play.
**LittleCam for iOS** | Does not provide a LittleCam account or LittleCam cloud photo upload/storage. Photos and local child-profile information are processed on the device. The iOS app uses Google Analytics, Facebook/Meta SDK, Kochava, and Amplitude for advertising measurement, campaign attribution, product analytics, and performance analysis, as described below. Purchases are processed by Apple.
**LittleCam website** May provide website account features. A website account is separate from the LittleCam mobile apps and is not required to use either mobile app.
A statement about website accounts or iOS-only analytics and attribution services does not mean that the Android app performs that activity.
## 2. Who LittleCam is for
LittleCam is a photo-editing tool for parents and adult caregivers. It is not designed for children to operate.
An adult may choose to edit a photo of a child or create a local child profile. The adult is responsible for having the authority and permissions required to use that information and image.
## 3. Photos, creations, and local profile information
### Photos and creations
You choose the photos that LittleCam may use.
The mobile apps use the operating system’s photo-selection controls to access photos you choose. LittleCam processes selected photos on your device to create themed photo art, collages, edits, and optional person/background segmentation.
LittleCam does not upload selected photos, segmentation masks, edited images, or rendered creations to QYAI TECH servers. We do not use photos or child-profile information to train artificial-intelligence models, for advertising, or for facial recognition.
When you save a creation, it is saved to storage on your device. When you share a creation, your operating system sends it to the app, person, or service you choose. That recipient handles the content under its own terms and privacy policy.
### Local profile information
LittleCam may store information such as a child nickname, gender selection, birthday, caregiver role, onboarding status, settings, and subscription-entitlement status locally on the device.
For Android, this information is stored in app-private storage. You can erase it through **Settings > Delete local profile**, by clearing the app’s storage, or by uninstalling the app. Deleting the local profile does not delete images you previously saved to your device’s gallery or sent to another service.
LittleCam does not transmit this local child-profile information to QYAI TECH.
## 4. Android / Google Play data handling
### Google ML Kit
LittleCam for Android uses Google ML Kit Selfie Segmentation. The input image, segmentation mask, and output image are processed on-device. Google states that ML Kit does not send the input image or resulting output to Google servers.
ML Kit may automatically collect limited technical information for diagnostics and usage analytics, including:
- device manufacturer, model, operating-system version/build, and available machine-learning hardware;
- app package name and app version;
- a per-installation identifier not intended to identify a person or physical device;
- performance data such as processing latency;
- feature configuration, such as image format, resolution, and input/output size;
- feature version, event type, and error codes.
Google states that this data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS and is not transferred by ML Kit to third parties. QYAI TECH does not use this information for advertising, profiling, or identifying an adult or child. ### Google Play Billing and reviews
Android subscriptions are processed by Google Play. LittleCam does not receive or store your payment-card or bank-account information, and it does not send Google Play purchase tokens to a QYAI TECH server.
The Android app may request that Google Play display its in-app review dialog after use. If you choose to submit a rating or review, Google Play handles it. LittleCam does not receive the review text or know whether you submitted a review.
## 5. iOS analytics and advertising measurement
The iOS app uses Google Analytics, Facebook/Meta SDK, Kochava, and Amplitude for advertising measurement, campaign attribution, product analytics, and performance analysis.
Depending on the relevant provider, configuration, and your device settings, these services may receive information such as:
- device and app identifiers;
- IP address and general region;
- device model, operating-system version, language, and app version;
- app events, session information, performance information, and crash or diagnostic information;
- advertising-campaign, install, referral, attribution, and purchase-event information.
These services do not receive photos selected in LittleCam, edited photos, segmentation masks, child-profile information, payment-card information, or bank-account information from LittleCam.
Where required by Apple or applicable law, tracking-related processing is subject to the permissions and controls presented on your iOS device. You can adjust relevant permissions through iOS Settings.
## 6. Website accounts, support, and contact
If you create or use an account on the LittleCam website, we may process the account information you provide, such as your name, email address, login credentials, account settings, and communications with us.
If you contact us for support, we process the information you choose to send, such as your email address and message. Please do not send child photos, payment-card information, passwords, government identifiers, or other unnecessary sensitive information by email.
The website or its hosting providers may process ordinary technical information needed to operate and secure the website, such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, and timestamps.
## 7. How we use information
We use information, where applicable, to:
- provide and secure the Services;
- operate website accounts and respond to support requests;
- maintain, debug, and improve app performance;
- measure advertising campaigns and attribution for the iOS app;
- process and manage mobile-store subscriptions;
- comply with legal obligations, enforce our terms, and protect users and QYAI TECH.
We do not sell personal information. We do not use photos or child-profile information for behavioral advertising.
## 8. When information is disclosed
We may disclose information only as necessary:
- to Apple or Google to process and manage mobile-store purchases;
- to Google ML Kit for the Android diagnostics and usage analytics described above;
- to the iOS analytics and advertising-measurement providers named above;
- to website hosting, email, support, security, or other service providers that help us operate the Services;
- to a destination you deliberately choose through your operating system’s sharing function;
- where required by law or legal process; or
- where reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or prevent fraud.
## 9. Retention and deletion
Mobile photos, creations, and local profile information remain on your device until you delete them, clear app storage, or uninstall the app. Images saved to your device’s gallery, or sent through a share destination, must be deleted through that gallery or destination.
LittleCam does not maintain a server-side mobile-app account or cloud photo library for iOS or Android.
Website-account information is retained while the account remains active and afterward only as necessary for support, security, legal, fraud-prevention, accounting, or dispute-resolution purposes. You may request deletion of a website account by emailing **qyairbx@gmail.com** with the subject line **“LittleCam Website Account Deletion.”**
ML Kit, Apple, Google Play, Google Analytics, Facebook/Meta, Kochava, and Amplitude retain information under their own policies and controls. QYAI TECH cannot delete data that it does not receive or control.
## 10. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the Services, including app-private storage, operating-system photo-selection controls, access controls, and encryption in transit for network communications where applicable.
No method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
## 11. International processing
QYAI TECH and its service providers may process information in Hong Kong, the United States, the European Economic Area, and other countries where they operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
## 12. Children’s privacy
LittleCam is intended for adults and is not directed to children.
Adults may edit photos or maintain local profile information about children in their care. We do not knowingly allow a child to create a LittleCam mobile-app account, because the mobile apps do not offer LittleCam accounts.

## 13. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when our Services, platform features, laws, or service providers change. We will update the date above and provide additional notice or obtain consent where required.
