QYAI TECH LIMITED ("QYAI TECH", "we", "us", or "our") provides the RaiseMe mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use RaiseMe.
1. Information we handle
RaiseMe is designed to keep your personal devotional settings on your device. Your saved verses, favourites, challenge history, reminder preferences, widget choices, and locally created backup files are stored locally unless you choose to export a backup file yourself.
We do not provide account registration or login in the App. We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, precise location, camera content, microphone content, or payment-card information through the App.
2. Analytics and crash reports
We use Google Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics to understand app use and diagnose technical problems. These services may process app interactions and app events, including the start of a subscription checkout and a confirmed purchase; subscription product identifier, price, currency, billing period, and a transaction identifier associated with a confirmed Google Play purchase; app version, operating-system version, device model and technical state; and crash reports, stack traces, and installation-level identifiers generated by Firebase.
We use this information for analytics, app stability, fraud prevention, and to improve RaiseMe. We do not use it to identify you by name or to sell your personal information. Google processes Firebase data under its own privacy terms and policies: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
3. Purchases and subscriptions
Optional premium subscriptions are processed by Google Play. Google Play processes payment information; RaiseMe does not receive or store your complete payment-card details. The App may send the limited purchase-event information described above to Firebase for analytics and stability measurement.
4. Notifications and device permissions
If you allow notifications, RaiseMe uses the Android notification permission only to deliver verse and devotional reminders you configure. You can turn notifications off at any time in Android Settings.
5. Advertising and future integrations
The current Android release does not display third-party advertisements. If we introduce an advertising network, Meta App Events, or another third-party measurement service in a future release, we will update this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data safety disclosure before that release is distributed.
6. Sharing and international processing
We share information only with service providers needed to operate the App, currently Google Firebase and Google Play. These providers may process information in countries other than yours. We do not sell personal information.
7. Your choices and deletion
You can delete local RaiseMe data by using the App's data controls where available, clearing the App's storage, or uninstalling the App. Backups that you exported remain under your control and can be deleted from the location you selected. For a privacy request, contact us at support@qyaitech.com.
8. Children
RaiseMe is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
